The 14-day clock is on us. It is not affected by normal back-and-forth on copy or photos — that is our job to handle. What we need from you: a short call at the start and your approval at the end.
If we miss the 14-day target for any reason on our side, we continue building at no charge until you are live. You do not pay for our delays.
